Roman Rozanec

Roman Rozanec has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and financial sectors.

Roman most recently served as the Head of Services Delivery for SAP Fieldglass Japan, a global cloud technology leader in services procurement and external workforce management. In this role, Roman led a team of consultants, supported sales activities, and delivered customer solutions.

Prior to that, Roman worked as a Manager of Functional Delivery Consultants at SAP Fieldglass Japan and as a Senior Delivery Consultant. Roman guided stakeholders towards process alignment, created proof of concept designs, and led requirements elicitation sessions and design workshops.

Before joining SAP Fieldglass, Roman was a Senior Consultant at Infinite Technology Solutions, where they specialized in process design and the implementation of business application software. Roman led requirements elicitation sessions, designed and implemented solutions, and automated workflows.

Earlier in their career, Roman worked at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) as a Business Systems Analyst and a Systems Developer/Technical Analyst. At CIBC, they increased operational efficiency through process automation and optimization, provided subject matter expertise to project stakeholders, and liaised with vendors and support teams within Wealth Management.

Roman Rozanec's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at Ryerson University. Roman pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Economics and Management Science. Roman completed their undergraduate studies in 2000.

In 2000, Roman Rozanec furthered their education by attending Seneca Polytechnic. Roman obtained a Computer Programmer Analyst Diploma, which they completed in 2002.

After several years in the workforce, Roman Rozanec decided to pursue a higher degree. In 2014, they entered Queensland University of Technology (QUT) to pursue a Master of Business Process Management. Roman completed the program in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Roman Rozanec has obtained several certifications. In 2008, they obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from the Examination Institute for Information Science. In 2013, they acquired the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate SQL Server 2012 certification from Microsoft.
