Kateryna Zolotykh

Kateryna Zolotykh has been working in the professional world since 2012. Kateryna began their career at UniCredit Bank Ukraine as a Regulatory Reporting Spesialist. In 2015, they joined Centravis as a Lead Purchasing Manager, where they were responsible for market search for suppliers, contract negotiations, business communication with customers, managing internal business processes, problem-solving procedures, analysis of local informational flows, regulation development, and business processes management between departments. Kateryna also provided SAP support of internal routine operations in purchasing and planning process, and was part of a transformation business project involving external business consultants. In 2016, they moved to Software Development Hub as a Business Analyst/Project Manager. Most recently, they have been working as a Product Manager at FieldHub LLC since 2017.

Kateryna Zolotykh holds a Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine, which they obtained in 2014. Kateryna also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics and Tutor of Economics from the same institution, which they obtained in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications: "Delivery process in IT-outsourcing" from the IT Business School in 2018, "Consolidated Financial Reporting" from the National Bank of Ukraine in 2015, "Towards Basel III" from ATTF in 2014, and "Project Management" from the Baltic Training Group in 2013.
