Shai LaBelle Trop, MBA has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2002 with the Israel Defense Forces - Military Intelligence as a First Lieutenant in the Special Forces, Directorate of Military Intelligence. In 2011, Shai LaBelle Trop, MBA was Head of Operations for Cellcom Liberia (acquired by Orange), where they successfully managed local procurement relationships resulting in cost savings of $250K per annum, designed and executed a health, safety, and environment (HSE) policy reducing work injuries by 75%, and founded a literacy program named “Basic Comes First” for 60 employees. In 2015, Shai LaBelle Trop, MBA was a Summer Intern for the Redwoods Program at DaVita Kidney Care. In 2016, Shai LaBelle Trop, MBA was a Facility Administrator, leading a team of 25 employees and managing $3M revenue, and was later promoted to Group Facility Administrator, responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring a team of 220 health care professionals to staff 17 clinics assisting about 800 patients. In 2018, Shai LaBelle Trop, MBA was Director of Sales Operations at Airobotics, directly reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and co-leading a sales, customer success and marketing team of 20, exceeding sales quotas by 10% for last 2 quarters. Shai LaBelle Trop, MBA identified the government sales sector, hired and trained a Director of Government Sales, and built a sustainable business model that increased the qualified sales pipeline from $10M to $120M while introducing new products including Software as a Service (SaaS) and hardware sales. In 2019, Shai LaBelle Trop, MBA began their current role as Vice President of Revenue Operations at Fieldin.

Shai LaBelle Trop, MBA received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and East Asian Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2008 and 2011.
