Johannes Ivarsson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Johannes began their career as a Business Developer/Sales at Trumbutiken Sverige AB, where they worked on business development and sales. Johannes then founded BroadMinds.se and served as the Founder and Creative Director.

At Lunicore Studentkonsult, Johannes held multiple positions, including CEO and Consultant. Johannes recruited top talents from Lund University and managed tailor-made projects in technology, management, law, and ICT.

Johannes also worked at PwC, where they conducted their Master's thesis on ICT innovation clusters, focusing on Silicon Wadi in Israel. Johannes aimed to apply their learnings to drive positive change in Skåne, Southern Sweden.

Johannes co-founded Yoodo.se, a platform for hiring online workers in ICT and Design, and served as an Advisor at Swiftcourt, an online arbitration platform.

Johannes played significant roles at THINK Accelerate, serving as Co-Founder and Managing Director, as well as Business Developer. The startup accelerator aimed to help early-stage tech ventures grow.

At Smart Refill AB, Johannes held the positions of Business Developer Fintech and Business Area Manager. Johannes led teams and was responsible for strategy development, operations, sales, and new concept development in the fintech division.

Lastly, Johannes worked at Fieldly as an Advisor before transitioning to key leadership roles. Johannes served as Chief Customer Officer, heading the Customer Success and Customer Support teams. In their current role as Chief Revenue Officer, they oversee revenue growth, aligns marketing, sales, and customer success teams, and ensures the product roadmap aligns with customer needs.

Throughout their career, Johannes has exhibited strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills, contributing to the growth and success of various organizations.

Johannes Ivarsson pursued their education in the field of Industrial Engineering and Management. Starting in 2006, they attended The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University for their Bachelor's degree, completing it in 2010. During the same time period, they also studied at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and Instituto Superior Técnico, both in Portugal, to earn their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Johannes concluded their Master's studies in 2010.
