Jim Gregorec

Jim Gregorec serves as the Vice President of R&D at Fieldpiece Products since September 2014, where responsibilities include establishing strategic direction for the company’s HVACR product portfolio and leading engineering teams. Previously, Jim held various leadership roles at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC from January 1990 to May 2014, including Business Unit Manager, Group Manager, Product Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Quality Engineer. Notable achievements include managing P&L for a test tool unit, driving growth through new product development, and implementing cost reductions in production processes. Jim holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.
