Dane Giannini

Dane Giannini has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dane started their career as a Graphic Designer at Performance Impact, where they designed layouts for training materials. Dane then worked at Qualex as a Graphic Designer, creating and adapting design solutions for print-on-demand products.

Dane expanded their skill set by taking on roles as a Support and Training Specialist at Velocitor Solutions, where they facilitated on-site training for customers and managed web-based accounts. Dane later joined TruGreen as a Technical Trainer, providing ongoing training and technical support for various projects.

In 2013, Dane joined the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation as a Jr Network Administrator, managing technical issues and maintaining network infrastructure. Dane then became an Implementation Specialist at both Rollins, Inc. and MBMS, Inc., where they coordinated and executed training programs for new business systems.

From 2017 to 2021, Dane worked at TenEleven Group Inc. as a Project Manager, successfully implementing substance abuse and mental health clinics in their proprietary electronic health record software. Dane managed multiple implementations simultaneously, acted as the primary point of contact for clients, and provided guidance to improve efficiency in their business processes.

In 2021, Dane joined ServicePro - A ServiceTitan® Company as an Implementation Project Manager, responsible for managing and overseeing project implementations. Currently, they are working as an Associate Technical Writer at FieldRoutes, a ServiceTitan company, where they contribute to technical documentation.

Throughout their career, Dane has demonstrated strong project management skills, effective communication with clients, and expertise in software implementation and training.

Dane Giannini completed their Bachelor of Fine Art degree in Graphic Design and Marketing from Alfred University, between the years 2002 and 2006.
