Ben Hadick, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Ben started their career at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, where they worked as an Electrical Technician, performing comprehensive electrical maintenance in an advanced wastewater process facility. Ben then transitioned into the role of Operations Engineering, where they worked with the operations engineering staff to optimize the performance of the wastewater treatment facility and designed and installed mechanical system improvements both in-house and with external contractors.

After their tenure at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, Ben joined Structural Group as a Project Engineer. Ben'srole and duration at the company are not specified.

In addition to their educational background, they have also obtained several certifications including a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists in June 2019. Furthermore, they hold a Wilderness First Responder certification from NOLS Wilderness Medicine, obtained in June 2021, and an Open Water Diver certification from PADI, obtained in May 2016.
