Claudio Gomes

Claudio Gomes has worked at two different companies. In 2016, they worked as an Estagiário de suporte de informática at Escola Técnica Rezende Rammel, where they were responsible for maintaining computers, servers, and peripherals. Claudio also assisted in the computer labs and helped students with IT-related inquiries.

In 2019, Claudio joined Fielo as a Pre-Sales Intern, assisting the sales team by developing presentations and conducting custom live demos for prospects. Claudio then transitioned to the role of Software Development Trainee, where they created and developed Salesforce demos utilizing Fielo's loyalty package solution. Claudio maintained different Salesforce Org environments with varying client requirements and configurations and had a deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex programming language and Lightning Web Components. Claudio also participated in client prospect calls to showcase and demo Fielo's solution.

Claudio Gomes obtained a high school diploma and a technical diploma in Informatics from Escola Técnica Rezende Rammel, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Claudio then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at Universidade Veiga de Almeida, specializing in the field of study of Computer Engineering from 2016 to 2022.
