Daiane Rodrigues Kopanakis

Daiane Rodrigues Kopanakis has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Human Resources Coordinator at Fielo, a global startup focused on creating loyalty solutions and benefits automation. Daiane is responsible for planning and executing the recruitment and selection process for Fielo.

Before joining Fielo, Daiane worked at Liquigás Distribuidora SA as an Analyst, specializing in HR planning and compensation. Daiane held this position from September 2015 to February 2019.

Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Salesperson at Ideal Terraplenagem Ltda from January 2014 to July 2014.

Their first professional experience was at Nestlé in 2013, where they worked in internal customer service from June 2013 to January 2014.

Daiane Rodrigues Kopanakis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also had the opportunity to study Political Sciences at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela for a brief period.

Daiane later pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, attending from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their degrees, Daiane also obtained certifications in Project Management from San Diego Continuing Education in December 2019, and in Management and Leadership from San Diego State University in November 2019.
