Birtila Parmar

Birtila Parmar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Birtila currently serves as the HR Director, International at Fifth Season, a global leader in the creation and distribution of feature films and television series. In this role, they are responsible for managing HR operations on a global scale, working with major film studios and production companies.

Prior to their current position, Parmar held various roles at TMF Group, a global professional services firm. Birtila served as the Dual Global Roles - Global D&I Lead & Global Senior HRBP, where they supported over 950 employees across 65+ countries. Birtila also worked as the Head of HR for various regions, including the UK, Ireland, and Channel Islands.

In 2006, they graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from London Metropolitan University. Birtila also holds certifications as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England, and as a New Manager Pathway from ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management).
