George Gligor has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Fig & Olive since March 2012, where responsibilities include motivating staff, managing inventory, and upholding quality standards. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Specialist and Restaurant Floor Manager for the New York Yankees from March 2018 to October 2023, as well as Team Captain at Tao Group Hospitality from June 2020 to December 2021. George has also held the position of Food and Beverage Manager with Princess Cruises from March 2004 to November 2011, focusing on sales management and team performance enhancement. George holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest (1999-2004) and completed additional studies at Pace University between 2016 and 2017.
