Jessica Ruiz has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Jessica started their career as a Researcher at the CIC Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP) in 2009 and later joined the Ronald E. McNair Program as a Researcher in 2008. In 2009, they served as the Vice President of Communications at AIESEC Ponce. Jessica then interned at NPR as an Audience Insight & Research Intern in 2011.
In 2010, they joined Penn State University as a Teaching Assistant and worked there until 2012. Following that, they worked at Initiative from 2012 to 2017, holding multiple positions including Research Analyst, Senior Analyst, Analytics Supervisor, and Associate Director of Analytics. Their role at Initiative involved data analysis and research.
In 2017, Jessica Ruiz joined iProspect as an Associate Director of Analytics, where they continued working with data analysis and management. In 2018, they transitioned to FIG as the Director of Data & Analytics.
Throughout their career, Jessica has developed expertise in data analysis, research, and management, making their a valuable asset in the field of analytics.
Jessica Ruiz obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing & Advertising from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Media Studies at Penn State University from 2010 to 2012.
