Urviya Hasan Shah

Urviya Hasan Shah has been working in the field of sustainability since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Content Developer for Vision Aid, a Non-Profit Organisation providing online classes for visually impaired students to learn English. In 2017, they worked as an Intern for Centre for Responsible Business, where they were introduced to the concept of sustainability. Urviya also worked as a Junior Analyst for Quality Council of India, where they developed a narrative that was presented to the United Nations Forum and was published in the UNFSS Third Flagship report at the International Convention on Sustainability Trade and Standards (ICSTS). In 2018, they worked as a Market Research Analyst for IoStar Infotech Private Limited, studying market trends and identifying risks and opportunities of any given business. In 2019, they worked as a Consultant for CII-ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development, understanding all aspects of a supply chain. In 2020, they worked as a Chief Everything Officer for Stay at Home Mom. Currently, they are working as a Client Success Manager and Implementation Specialist for FigBytes Inc.

Urviya Hasan Shah received their Bachelor's of Science with Honors in Zoology/Animal Biology from Delhi University between 2011 and 2014. Urviya also completed their Class XII in the Science Stream from Delhi Public School Noida in 2011. In 2016, Urviya Hasan Shah obtained their Master of Science in Environmental Studies and Resource Management from TERI School of Advanced Studies, which they completed in 2018. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a Diploma in Social Media Strategy from Alison in July 2020, and a Certified Digital Content Writer from Henry Harvin Education in February 2019.
