Mzeziti Crecencia Mwanza

Mzeziti Crecencia Mwanza is an experienced project manager currently employed at the Centre For Young Leaders In Africa (CYLA), where responsibilities include project planning and strategy. Mzeziti has been a member of the Zambian Steering Committee for Fight Inequality Alliance since June 2018, demonstrating expertise in developing funding proposals and managing grants. Previously, Mzeziti held positions such as Provincial Coordinator at Caritas Zambia, Program Intern at the National Democratic Institute, and Sexual Reproductive & Health Rights Facilitator at Zambian Youth Platform. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Peace and Security Studies from the University of Lusaka and a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies with a minor in Sociology from the University of Zambia, along with certificates in Business Proposal Writing and Monitoring and Evaluation.
