Hayley Cooper possesses extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as Manager of EMEA People Partners & Ops at Figma since June 2022, after progressing from roles as Snr. People Partner and People Partner within the same region. Prior to Figma, Hayley held the position of Senior People Business Partner at A.S. Watson Group from April 2019 to June 2022, and worked in HR & Reward at BOC UK & Ireland for a brief period in 2019. Early career experience includes a Senior Recruitment Consultant role at REED from August 2015 to September 2018, and a consultancy position at CHANEL from December 2012 to July 2015. Hayley Cooper has further developed expertise through education at Avado from 2018 to 2019.
