Kathryn Ashcraft

Kathryn Ashcraft is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in real estate and workplace management. Currently serving as VP of Real Estate and Workplace at Figma since December 2021, Kathryn previously held various leadership roles at Medallia from July 2013 to October 2021, ultimately advancing to VP of Global Real Estate and Workplace Services. Before that, Kathryn worked at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. from June 2007 to June 2013, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Rooms to Assistant Front Office Manager, overseeing hotel operations, staff management, and guest services in a large hotel environment.
