Michael Gugliotti

Michael Gugliotti is an experienced sales enablement leader currently serving as the Sales Enablement Leader for AMER at Figma since December 2023. Previously, Michael held positions including Director of Sales Enablement at Nightfall AI and Global Head of Sales Enablement at Forter, where responsibilities included developing effective sales enablement resources and onboarding programs. Michael's career also includes roles at Datadog, athenahealth, and leadership in various capacities within client services and training management. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Central Connecticut State University.
