Özlem Dirik Seçgin has over 14 years of work experience in various roles. Özlem began their career in 2006 as a Project Assistant at Cognis. In 2007, they moved to Ekol Logistics as a Process and Business Development Specialist. From 2009 to 2020, they worked at Garanti BBVA Teknoloji, first as a Business Analysis Manager- Internal Tools and later as an Expert Business and Process Analyst. In 2020, they joined Figopara as the Project Management Office Director. During their time at Garanti BBVA Teknoloji, they managed and mentored a team of analysts and testers, planned and managed projects, designed a new web-based platform using responsive design, and designed a mobile dashboard for C-Level. Additionally, they digitalized internal processes, designed a new platform for the bank's Customer Complaint Management System, and implemented ITIL requirements into all business processes.

Özlem Dirik Seçgin obtained their Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Yildiz Technical University in 2005. Özlem then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen, which they completed in 2007. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from HP (IT Information Library Foundations Certification, obtained in July 2012), Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Master 1, obtained in April 2011), and BA-Works Business Analysis Services (IIBA CBAP Business Analyst, obtained in May 2010).
