Dan Wallace

GM, Lending at Figure

Dan Wallace is currently the GM of Lending at Figure. Prior to this, they were the CEO of FirstKey from May 2015 to July 2020, where they were responsible for all aspects related to FirstKey Mortgage and FirstKey Asset Management operating businesses. Before that, they were a Venture Partner at Conversion Capital from September 2013 to April 2021, where they were responsible for identifying high growth FinTech companies and disruptive technologies in the FinTech sector. Dan has also held positions as Managing Partner / Co-Founder of Capital Crossing from December 2007 to September 2013, and Managing Director of Lehman Brothers from February 1992 to October 2008.

Dan Wallace has a BS in Information & Decision Systems and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Dan also did the Distinguished Career Institute in Ethics and Technology at Stanford University. For continuing education, they went to Stanford University.

They are on a team with Ruben Padron - Chief Data Officer, Andrew Madar - General Counsel, and Brad Simmons - Chief Marketing Officer. Their manager is Mike Cagney, CEO & co-Founder.
