Kelly Aizicowitz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kelly has been with Figure 1 since 2014, starting as the Director of Communications & Partnerships and later transitioning to roles such as Director of Business Development and Senior Director of Business Development. During their time at Figure 1, Kelly played a key role in developing and implementing the company's monetization strategy, growing the business development team, and successfully onboarding numerous multinational organizations. Under their leadership, Figure 1 achieved a significant increase in revenue and established partnerships with key stakeholders.

In addition to their work at Figure 1, Kelly served on the Board of Career Edge Organization from 2014 to 2016. Career Edge is a leading provider of paid internships for diverse talent, and Kelly contributed to its mission of providing meaningful work opportunities to recent graduates and internationally qualified professionals.

Before joining Figure 1, Kelly worked at StrategyCorp Inc. as a Senior Consultant, where they provided strategic advice on government relations, communications planning, and crisis management to clients in various sectors. Kelly also played a role in generating new client relationships and business development.

Beyond the private sector, Kelly has held positions in the public sector, including serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Madison Community Services from 2007 to 2014. Kelly also served in advisory roles at the Office of the Premier of Ontario, Minister of Culture's Office, and Minister of Education's Office, where they managed stakeholder relations, recommended office holders, developed policies, and served as the main point of contact for government officials.

Kelly Aizicowitz earned a Master's Degree in Politics and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Honours BA in Political Science at York University from 1997 to 2001.
