Richard is their Head of Engineering. He has many years of successful startup experience providing technical and people leadership and a strong background in fintech and agriculture. For Richard, success comes down to having great people on the team to work with, mentor and learn from - it’s always about the people. Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym, skiing, messing about with tech gadgets/home automation, and watching movies.
