Chelesy Hanes

As Executive Director of Human Resources at Fike, Chelesy Hanes is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and administering a variety of organizational and employee development programs consistent with company culture and philosophy on employee development. Professional, administrative and managerial work involves identification of core competencies and the corresponding assessment, design and delivery of skill based training initiatives to address them. Interaction is with all levels of the organization. Organizational development activities will be supportive to future growth, aligned with Corporate/Divisional strategies, and effectively integrated with recruitment, performance measurement and employee relations.

Chelesy lives with her husband and children in Missouri, and is an avid Girl Scout Troop Leader.
