Candice Ren is an accomplished sales operations professional with a robust background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at bluesheets since July 2023, Candice has successfully built the sales operations function from the ground up, focusing on process optimization, pipeline management, and revenue tracking. Prior roles include Sales Operations & Analytics at Amber Group, where data analysis and product launches were managed, and Sales Operations Analyst positions at IDC, Preqin, Goldman Sachs, and Bloomberg LP, each contributing to expertise in performance analysis, data analytics initiatives, and strategic planning. Candice holds a Master of Technology in Enterprise Business Analytics from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of British Columbia, complemented by international academic experience at Università Bocconi.
