Kathy Tan Tibon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kathy started their career at Convergys as a Team Leader from April 2008 to February 2012. Kathy then moved on to Lexmark International, Inc. in March 2012, where they served as the Senior Manager of Asia Pacific, Enterprise Software until May 2017. During their time at Lexmark, they were responsible for leading the Asia Pacific region in delivering problem resolution support services to customers across industries such as Healthcare, Finance, and Higher Education.
In November 2018, Kathy joined FileCloud, where they took on various roles. From November 2018 to April 2019, they worked in HR, Administration, and Sales Ops. In May 2019, they were promoted to Manager, Sales Ops & Customer Success, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Sales. In this role, they led the Sales Ops team, providing support to the Sales team and customers worldwide. Additionally, they oversaw the Customer Success team, ensuring customers derived maximum value from FileCloud.
After holding the Manager position for a few years, Kathy was promoted to Financial Operations Manager in January 2023. In this role, they spearhead the operations function within the FinOps team, focusing on customer onboarding processes, order workflows, billing reporting, and debt collection processes.
Kathy Tan Tibon completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Accounting from the University of Saint La Salle, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2004, they attended Bacolod Tay Tung High School. Aside from their formal education, Kathy obtained the ITIL® V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in May 2016, and they also acquired the IELTS certification from IDP Education Ltd in July 2022.
