Nika Zand

Nika Zand has worked in various roles since 2012. Nika began their career as the Chief Financial Officer at RMZ Builders LLC in 2012. In 2014, they moved to Hidden Oaks Apt as a Property Manager, where they were responsible for training and motivating property staff, as well as managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the property. In 2018, they joined Proprius LLC as a Property Manager. Currently, they are the Chief Administrative Officer at Filio since 2021.

Nika Zand is currently enrolled in a Certificate program in CRM operation professional at Stanford University, which is set to be completed in 2022. Nika also holds a Certificate from the National Apartment Association in CAM (Certified Apartment Manager). In 2014, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Real Estate from better homes and Gardens Real Estate. Between 2006 and 2010, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Azad University (IAU). Nika also has an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from tehran institute of technology, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007.
