Vikas Suryan

Vikas Suryan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. VIKAS started their career as an Associate Manager at Jindal Stainlees Steel (JSL Stainless Ltd.) in 2009, where they worked until 2012. VIKAS then pursued their studies at XLRI Jamshedpur, graduating in 2014. Afterward, they joined Capgemini as a Sr. Consultant, where they stayed until 2020, with a promotion to Manager in 2018. In 2020, they became the Business Head at RummyDangal, where they were responsible for the product, customer acquisition, retention, and overall profit & loss management until 2023. Currently, they serve as the Head of India Operations at Fill You In, overseeing various operations, including HR, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery.

Vikas Suryan completed a Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from XLRI Jamshedpur in the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology between 2005 and 2009.
