Kelly Hong

Kelly Hong has over 13 years of experience in the technology industry. Kelly began their career in 2006 as a Senior Program Manager at Axium International. In 2008, they moved to Vicon, where they served as Software QA Manager and IT Manager. In 2009, they were Portfolio Manager at Image Metrics. In 2010, they were Software QA Manager at Cast & Crew Entertainment Services. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Accenture as a Client Service Team Manager/Service Delivery Team Manager and Associate Manager. From 2013 to 2014, they were also a Consultant Manager/Senior Project Manager at The Walt Disney Company. In 2014, they were a Project Manager/Consultant at DIRECTV and a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Delivery Manager at Beachbody. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Senior Technical Program Manager at BlackLine. Currently, they are Director of Engineering and Technical Operations at FilmTrack.

Kelly Hong has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Westwood College-Los Angeles, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance. In 2018, they obtained a Business Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. Kelly also holds the A-CSM, SASM (SAFe Advanced Scrum Master), and Scrum Master Certification (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and Scaled Agile, Inc., respectively.
