New Product Introduction Engineer at Filtrona

Gabriel Pauling has a range of work experiences in various industries. Gabriel began their career as a Scientific Research Intern at NCProject SEED, where they conducted research on protein identification and analysis using mass spectrometry. Gabriel then worked as a Quality Assurance Inspector at Coty, where they visually inspected materials and audited processes to ensure quality standards were met. Gabriel also gained experience as a Project Engineer Intern at AkzoNobel, where they worked on capital improvement projects and collaborated with vendors and engineering companies.

Afterwards, Gabriel joined The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they held multiple roles. These included being a Quality Commercial Regional Mixing Support Intern, Technology Engineer-Mixing Intern, Aero Plant Compounder, Component Prep Process Engineer, and Plant Cure Compounder (Quality Engineer). In these roles, they optimized compounds, conducted capability studies and process audits, and led plant-wide projects to meet company goals.

Gabriel later worked as a Maintenance Technician PM at Qorvo, Inc., where they were responsible for equipment maintenance. Gabriel then joined Triad Aviation Academy as a Student Pilot, gaining experience in aviation.

Currently, Gabriel works as a New Product Introduction Engineer at Filtrona, where they are involved in the introduction of new products.

Gabriel Pauling attended Knightdale High School from 2009 to 2013. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemical Engineering at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2013 to 2018.
