HARI KUMAR

Hari Kumar has over 25 years of experience as a Finance professional, with a focus on heading the Finance function. HARI has worked in various countries including India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore. HARI is currently the Head of Finance-Asia at Filtrona since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Finance Asia at Essentra Plc - Filters Division from January 2020. HARI was responsible for financial control and providing business partnership in this role. Before that, they served as the Finance Director at PT Essentra from October 2013 to December 2019, and at PT Filtrona from May 2003 to September 2013. In these roles, Hari was responsible for financial and statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and pricing, among other finance-related responsibilities. HARI also played a key role in setting up trading entities in Singapore for tax efficiency improvement.

Hari Kumar's education history includes completing their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in the field of Commerce from DB College, which they attended from 1982 to 1987. Following this, from 1992 to 1995, they pursued their Chartered Accountancy degree at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Chennai.
