Tarun Sharma

Tarun Sharma is the SVP of Collections at FinAccel. Tarun has over fifteen years of experience in the collections industry, working in various managerial and consulting positions. Tarun began their career as a Collection Consultant with Mekong Development Bank in 2012. In this role, they were responsible for developing collection strategy, managing call center operations, and analyzing portfolio data. Tarun was promoted to Collections Head in 2014, and oversaw all aspects of the collections process, including staff recruitment and training.

In 2016, Tarun left Mekong Development Bank to work as a Consultant & Project Manager for Collections with PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing collections strategy for the bank. Tarun also oversaw the call center operations and managed a team of collections staff.

In 2017, Tarun left PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. to join FinAccel as the SVP of Collections. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the entire collections process for the company. Tarun manages a team of collections staff and is responsible for developing and implementing collections strategy.

Tarun Sharma did their post-graduation in marketing from LBSIM, Delhi.
