Natalia Abramzon

Natalia Abramzon has extensive experience in product design, UX research, and mentoring. Natalia currently holds the position of Head of Product Design at Finalis since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Mentor + Career Coach at Designlab from 2022 to 2023, where they provided guidance and support to international students pursuing a career in UX design. From 2022 to 2023, Natalia served as a UX Researcher at Applause, where they conducted qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior for a major social media company. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Grupo San Cristóbal as a UX Chapter Lead, overseeing a team of 10 designers and contributing to the creation of a design system. Natalia also held various roles earlier in their career, such as Head of Practical Work at Universidad Nacional de Rosario in 2019, Facilitadora Crash Lab at El Desafio Foundation from 2017 to 2018, and Freelance Designer from 2011 to 2017. Natalia was a Service Designer/UX Designer at Globant from 2014 to 2017, where they led digital transformation discovery projects and collaborated with multiple teams. Natalia's early experiences include working as a Tutor/Teacher at Facultad de Arquitectura, Universidad de Buenos Aires, from 2009 to 2014, where they taught industrial design courses. Through their diverse roles, Natalia has developed strong skills in product design, UX research, mentoring, and project management.

Natalia Abramzon completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design at the University of Buenos Aires from 2003 to 2008. Natalia then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Local Development from the Universidad Nacional de San Martín in 2012-2013. Alongside their formal education, Natalia also obtained additional certifications, including a Google Design Sprints certification from Shiftseven in April 2019 and a Certificate in Proficiency English from Cambridge English, though the specific month and year of obtaining the latter certification are not provided.
