Akshat Agrawal is a seasoned Principal Consultant at Finalix Business Consulting since April 2022, with a robust background in sales surveillance and compliance from previous roles at Citi. During a tenure from December 2016 to April 2022, Akshat served as Sales Surveillance Manager, where responsibilities included automating and centralizing the sales surveillance processes for Citibank APAC, supporting compliance for investment and insurance products, and developing new sales practices in alignment with regional guidelines. Earlier experience as a Business Analyst focused on KYC and client onboarding in private banking, alongside a role as an ERP Business Analyst at Accenture, further established Akshat's expertise in stakeholder management, project documentation, and enhancement projects.
