Will Rickenback

Will Rickenback has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Director of Deployment Operations at Finalsite since March 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Finalsite, including Director of Website Design & Production and Delivery Quality Assurance and Accessibility Manager. Will also worked as a Support Services Manager at Finalsite, where they managed teams responsible for front end development issues, quality assurance, and deployment of website change orders. Before joining Finalsite, Will served as an Account Manager at Silverpoint (SchoolSuite) from 2012 to 2014. Will began their career as a Technology Director at CPS || Gumpert, Inc. from 2004 to 2012 and worked as an Assistant Manager at Apple Retail from 2002 to 2005.

Will Rickenback completed their education at two different universities. From 1996 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Following this, they attended Towson University from 2002 to 2004 to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in E-Business/Marketing.
