Felix Klemm

Felix Klemm is currently working as Vorstand für HR & Finanzen at Finance Network - FNI. In this role, responsible for HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and diversity management, as well as financial responsibilities including budget planning and financial reporting. Previously, Felix worked as a Werkstudent at FONDIUM Group in the field of Personalmanagement, and also completed a Schülerpraktikum at Accenture DACH in the IT department. With a background in Pädagogik & Soziologie, Felix is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
