Josh Marshall

Josh Marshall is an experienced professional in the renewable energy and finance sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Heelstone Renewable Energy, LLC since August 2017. In addition, Josh has been with Finance of America Commercial since July 2015, holding the role of Associate, specifically contributing to the Institutional Lending Program with expertise in due diligence for significant loans and client communication regarding insurance requirements. Previous roles include a Deckhand at Luxury Yachts, where strong time management and attention to detail were developed, and an internship at Freedom Yacht Management focused on branding and market strategy. Josh began their career as a Marketing Intern at Brixx Wood Fired Pizza, contributing to market research and event planning during new store openings. Josh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
