Previous roles include Senior Payroll, Benefits & Pension Specialist, Office Manager of Accounting & Payroll at RRS, Business Owner & President of Calhoun Gin Company Inc., Accounting & Payroll Manager at Calhoun Gin Company, and Manager, Accounting and Payroll at International American Products Inc. Frances holds a Payroll Leadership Professional designation from the National Payroll Institute and an Accounting Practitioner degree from OCTC in South Carolina.
