Adam Golding

Adam Golding has over a decade of experience in the financial services and customer relations sectors. Currently serving as an Ombudsman and Team Manager at the Financial Ombudsman Service since August 2015, Adam has developed a strong expertise in dispute resolution and team leadership. Prior to this role, Adam worked as a Collections Team Manager at Lowell Group and gained valuable experience at Fredrickson as both a Training Officer and Telephone Negotiator.
