Gemma Bowen

Gemma Bowen is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in mediation, consumer protection, and governance. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for PAPYRUS Prevention of Young Suicide since November 2020 and an Ombudsman at the Financial Ombudsman Service since July 2013, Gemma specializes in resolving complex complaints between consumers and financial businesses.
