Cheryl Brumley

Cheryl Brumley is an accomplished audio content producer and editor with extensive experience in journalism and podcasting. Currently serving as the Global Head of Audio at the Financial Times since November 2019, Cheryl previously edited and launched "The Intelligence," a flagship podcast for The Economist, which quickly garnered 2 million listeners weekly. Cheryl's career includes roles as a Senior Producer at The Economist, a Freelance Producer/Reporter for various esteemed outlets, and Podcast Editor at the London School of Economics. Cheryl's work has earned recognition, including a Lovie Award for excellence in podcasting and contributions to award-winning programs. Cheryl holds an MSc from The London School of Economics and a BA/BSc from the University of South Florida.
