Ellie Morris

Ellie Morris is a Senior User Researcher at Lantum since August 2022, specializing in user understanding to guide product strategy and design for NHS scheduling software. Prior to this role, Morris served as a Design Researcher at Modern Human from February 2020 to August 2022, conducting qualitative research to inform product and service design across various markets. An earlier period as a Self-employed nanny preceded a role at Empathy as a Design Researcher/Associate Business Designer, where collaboration with leaders focused on human-centered design impacts. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Assistant at Southern District Health Board in New Zealand and as a Registered Nurse, following a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Otago Polytechnic (2012-2015).
