Liszel Nathaniel MLPI is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in training management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Global Training Manager and Co-Chair for FT Embrace at Financial Times since January 2021, Liszel has demonstrated expertise in internal communication, knowledge management, and helpcentre management. Prior roles include Learning and Development Manager at Stadium MK, where Liszel established the L&D function, and Training and Development Manager at IOSH, focusing on bespoke learning solutions. With a career spanning over two decades, Liszel has worked across various organizations including Vedanta Learning and Performance Solutions, London Institute of Corporate Training, and Serco Intelenet Global Services, consistently leading initiatives in talent development, knowledge management, and strategic business partnerships. Liszel holds an Associate's degree in Art/Art Studies from Sophia College, Mumbai.
