Head of Public Policy at Finantier

Gusti Raganata has diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2022, they became the Head of Public Policy at Finantier (YC W21). Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Researcher at Sigmaphi Research starting in 2020. From 2021 to 2022, they held the position of Government Affairs Manager at BukuWarung. Gusti also served as a Policy Associate at Asosiasi FinTech Indonesia from 2019 to 2021. In 2018, they were a member of the Overseas Indonesia General Elections Commission and worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Tokyo. Before that, they had roles including Junior Expert Staff, Goverment Relation, and Expert Team Staff in various government agencies and institutions in Indonesia. Gusti's earlier experiences include working as a Surveyor at Pusat Kajian Politik UI (UI Center for Political Studies) starting in 2011.

In 2010, they started their higher education journey at the University of Indonesia, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. Gusti successfully completed this program in 2015.

Afterward, they pursued further studies and began their Master's degree in Public Management and International Relations at the University of Tokyo in 2017. Gusti completed this program in 2019.

During the same year, in 2019, Gusti Raganata also participated in the ADBI-Leadership Academy for Development Program at Stanford University.

In terms of their secondary education, they attended SMAN 3 Bogor from 2007 until 2010, focusing on Social Sciences.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Gusti Raganata obtained two certifications. In 2018, they completed the Leadership Academy for Development program at Stanford University. In 2020, they obtained the Cambridge FinTech and Regulatory Innovation certification from the Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School.
