Diego Cola

Diego Cola has had extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Diego started their career in 2001 at Siciliano S/A, where they worked as an Assistant Customer Service. Diego then held positions as an Internet Operations Analyst and E-commerce Coordinator. In 2008, they joined Nagem as the General E-commerce Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's e-commerce operations. From 2011 to 2012, Diego worked at Drogaria Onofre, where they were the Manager of New Business E-commerce. Diego played a key role in structuring a new e-commerce operation and managing strategic partnerships and digital marketing campaigns. In 2012, they joined Grupo Estado as a Product Manager, focusing on e-commerce subscriptions for Estadão. Diego achieved significant results, including a decrease in acquisition costs and an increase in new subscriber lifetime value. Diego then joined ESTADÃO as a Product Manager and Product Owner in 2019. Diego worked in agile methodology, leading two squads and achieving important results in revenue growth, user journey analysis, and improving user experience. In 2021, Diego worked as a Digital Strategy Coordinator at UOL - Universo Online. Currently, they are working as a Product Owner at FinanZero.

Diego Cola has a strong educational background in marketing and language studies. Diego pursued a Post-Graduate degree in Marketing from Ibmec in 2009-2010. Diego further enhanced their knowledge in the field by completing an Executive MBA in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2015-2016. In addition to their marketing expertise, Diego also pursued a Post-Graduate degree in the Portuguese language from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2005-2006. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Letters from the Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz after completing their undergraduate studies from 2000 to 2003.
