Aditi Maliwal

Aditi Maliwal has a wealth of work experience. Aditi began their career in 2012 as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities. In 2013, they co-founded AddedSport, a sports management firm that helps athletes create pathways for success. In 2014, they became a Venture Associate at Crosslink Capital and a Lead Series A Investor at Chime. In 2015, they became a Lead Seed Investor at BetterUp and a Lead Series A Investor at PowerToFly. In 2016, they joined Google as a Product Manager and Corporate Development. In 2020, they became a Lead Seed Investor and Board Member at Clair. In 2021, they became a Lead Seed Investor at Finary (YC W21). Most recently, in 2019, they became a Partner at Upfront Ventures.
