Peter Boyce II

Peter Boyce II is an accomplished investor and founder, currently serving as an investor at Software Applications Incorporated since May 2025, where a notable project is Sky, an AI tool for Mac. As the founder of Stellation Capital since January 2021, Peter has played key roles in multiple startups including co-lead and seed investor at Mainframe and lead seed investor at Zeen, a design tool for tastemakers. Additional investments include leading pre-seed funding at PromptLayer and co-leading funding at swsh, a social app tailored for Gen Z.
