Elliot Chiam currently serves as Director of the Partner Ecosystem for Asia-Pacific Japan at Finastra, responsible for partner engagement and strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the Treasury and Capital Markets sector. In addition, Elliot is a mentor for the Advisory Mentorship Programme in Singapore, supporting young professionals in their career and education decisions. Previously, during a lengthy tenure at SAP, Elliot held multiple roles including Director of Partner Success for Asia-Pacific, Chief of Staff in the Office of the President for SAP Southeast Asia, and participated in a leadership development program with the Singapore Economic Development Board. Elliot's early experience includes a summer analyst position at RBS and leadership in the University of Auckland Management Consulting Club, where winning case competition teams were successfully guided. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on International Business, Marketing, and Operations Management from the University of Auckland.
