Seth Holladay is an experienced leader in data analytics and digital research, currently serving as the Head of Customer Insights at Finastra since August 2025, where efforts focus on building a new Customer Insights team for a prominent financial technology provider. Prior to Finastra, Seth held the position of Vice President of Digital Research & Analytics at CNN from November 2016 to April 2025, overseeing analytics and research for digital products and advising senior leadership on audience insights. Previous roles include Senior Director of Audience & Monetization at NBCUniversal Media, Founder of NYC Bike Maps.com, Adjunct Professor of Digital Analytics at New York University, and various management positions at Rodale, where Seth significantly contributed to online advertising operations and analytics. Seth earned a B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs from Georgia State University.
