Tristan Dugmore

Tristan Dugmore has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Tristan started their career in 2012 at Delphi Diesel Systems, where they worked as a Global Project Manager and Customer Quality Engineer. In 2015, they joined OnBoard Recruitment as the Head of Technology & Engineering. In 2017, they moved to Opus Talent Solutions as a Principal Consultant, focusing on niche and innovative talent solutions. Tristan then worked at Agilis Recruitment as a Lead Consultant and later as a Principal Consultant. In 2021, they joined Concept Resourcing as a Growth Partner, specializing in emerging technologies and executive search. Tristan also worked at Laskie as the UK/Europe Lead and Talent Strategy Lead (US). From 2021 to 2023, they held various roles at The Portfolio Collective, including Consultant and Head of Talent.
