Elmor Lustig

Elmor Lustig has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years in the field of digital design and UI/UX. Elmor'smost recent role was as the Head of Design at FINBOURNE Technology, where they joined in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Digital Designer UI/UX at the same company from January 2020 to September 2022.

Before their time at FINBOURNE Technology, Elmor worked as a freelance Digital Designer UI/UX from June 2018 to the present, providing their services independently. Elmor also held a role as a Digital Design Consultant - UI/UX at Capco from November 2018 to December 2019. In this role, they created human-centered digital solutions for global tier 1 banks and leading financial services and investment companies, utilizing design thinking methods and collaborating with various stakeholders in an agile environment.

From March 2014 to May 2018, Elmor worked at Globe Business Media Group, where they held the position of Digital Design Manager/Senior Digital UI Designer. In this role, they oversaw the development of online products, from conception to implementation, and collaborated with developers, product managers, and the marketing team. Prior to that, they worked as a Digital UI Designer at the same company from June 2011 to February 2014.

Elmor's career started at KCO in October 2008, where they worked as a Web Designer. In this role, they collaborated with a team of web designers and back-end developers, liaised with blue-chip clients, and designed and built websites from conception to implementation.

Overall, Elmor Lustig possesses a strong skill set in digital design, UI/UX, customer research, user testing, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Elmor Lustig received a Diploma in Webmaster from the International Academy of Computer Training (IACT) in 2008. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they studied Visual Communications and earned a BA degree in Graphic Design from The Max Stern Academic College of Emek Yezreel.
