Krishna Kishore Mallina

Krishna Kishore Mallina has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Customer Relationship Manager at Citi Financial Consumer Finance India Ltd. In 2007, they transitioned to a role as an Area Sales Manager at Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd, where they stayed for nearly a decade until 2016.

Krishna Kishore then joined OLX Group as a Zonal Sales Manager from 2016 to 2017. Afterward, they worked at Capital Float as a Regional Sales Manager, first in the Supply Chain Finance division from 2018 to 2020, and then in the Direct Small Loans Program division from 2020 to 2021. During their time at Capital Float, they successfully led the launch of the Small Loans Program, onboarding over 2000 customers with a disbursal value of ₹78 Crore. Krishna Kishore also played a key role in implementing features that reduced customer drop-off rate from 60% to 80%.
